Are un continut ridicat de antioxidanti, fibre, acid folic, zinc, magneziu, fier, potasiu si substante nutrivite, cum ar fi vitaminele A, B5, B6, C, E, K. </span></span></span></p>
<p class="western" align="justify"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial, serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Astfel, persoanele care isi doresc sa aiba un stil de viata sanatos, nu trebuie sa neglijeze sub nicio forma acest superaliment. Se zdrobeste miezul de avocado cu ajutorul unei furculite, peste care se adauga un praf de sare. </span></span></span></p>

Se amesteca bine pana cand se obtine un amestec bine inchegat si cremos. Ulterior, se adauga una-doua lingurite de miere.</span></span></span></p>
